ABOUT INFOSERVICES INTERNATIONAL

The Traveller's Yellow Pages.
The Traveller's Yellow Pages and Handbook series is designed especially to fill the need for an up-to-date, accurate "Yellow Pages" telephone book for travelers and foreigners living, visiting and working in Russia. There are currently editions for Vyborg and Moscow.

The concept of a "Yellow Pages" designed especially for travelers and foreign residents evolved from our 1991 proposal to the Leningrad Telephone Company to do a full size "Yellow Pages" in Russian.

The first edition of theThe Traveller's Yellow Pages and Handbook for Saint Petersburg was published in September, 1992 and was an instant success. The 1994 Goodwill Games Organizing Committee in Saint Petersburg selected The Traveller's Yellow Pages and Handbook for Saint Petersburg and its companion The Traveller's Yellow Pages City Map to be the "Official Visitor's Directory" and the "Official Visitor's Map" for the 1994 Goodwill Games. The first edition of The Traveller's Yellow Pages and Handbook for Moscow was published in October, 1994.

These practical telephone and handbooks each contain 1000's of telephone numbers and addresses of shops, restaurants, hotels, services, institutions and useful information for visitors and residents of Saint Petersburg and Moscow respectively. All this information is classified under 500 categories of goods and services, like the well-known "Yellow Pages" used throughout the world. Our books, written in English, are designed for the world traveler with indexes in English, Russian, German, French, Swedish and Finnish.
