SUBSCRIPTIONS TO FOREIGN PUBLICATIONS

What is Available: A large variety of foreign magazines are now available in St. Petersburg including The Economist, Business Week, Match, Time, Newsweek, Der Spiegel, PC World, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Top Model, Good Housekeeping.
There are Russian editions of Business Week, Reader's Digest, PC World, Computer World, Cosmopolitan, Penthouse, Playboy, Soldiers of Fortunes, & Stereo and Video.

Where: The widest selection of foreign magazines and newspapers is found in the shops and kiosks at the Grand Hotel Europe, Nevskiy Palace, Astoria and other major hotels. Finnish magazines are available at Kalinka Stockmann, German magazines at Le Café Bahlsen (see CAFES). A much smaller selection of mostly newspapers is available at book stores or kiosks.
