Most fish is sold frozen, occasionally fresh. "Fish delicacies" refer to fish such as smoked salmon (gorbusha), salted and dried herring and also caviar (ikra). Ready-to-cook refer to "filets". Canned fish includes herring and sardines in oil, caviar and crab. Fish is also sold in

GASTRONOMS, but the largest selection is still found in the specialty stores, Fish (Ryba) and Ocean (Okean).
